Physical Therapist

Although our facilities and individual physical therapists' volumes vary somewhat, the typical PT workday is about 12 patients per day, or 60 patients per week. 

At EW, we invest heavily in professional development and education.  Every new practitioner completes an 8–16-week mentorship track led by senior therapists and wellness instructors.  All 6 EW locations host two professional staff in-services per quarter.  Additionally, EW offers 2-3 internal CEU courses per year.  Our physical therapy and wellness-based courses are designed and led by our professional staff and available to all team members.  EW will provide reimbursement for approved outside CEU courses and certifications as well.

Professional staff salaries vary based on position, years of experience and productivity performance.  Our benefits package includes  BCBS health and dental insurance, earned time off accrual, 401K with company match, long and short-term disability, continuing education offerings and reimbursement, and professional licensure expense reimbursement.
