Referral Specialist

At EW, we invest heavily in professional development and education. EW offers 2-3 internal CEU courses per year.  Our physical therapy and wellness-based courses are designed and led by our professional staff and available to all team members.  EW will provide reimbursement for approved outside CEU courses and certifications as well.

Our referral specialists can expect to earn between $18 and $22/hour. Our benefits package includes  BCBS health and dental insurance, earned time off accrual, 401K with company match, long and short-term disability, and professional development expense reimbursement.
