DIFFICULTY WITH ACTIVITIES

You may not consider yourself an athlete, but your daily life most definitely involves movement. And just as athletes can’t perform optimally in their sports without training techniques that bring out their best, some of us need good coaching to move in more healthful ways throughout the day. For example, restoring strength and range of motion in the arms and shoulders can greatly improve the ability to bathe and dress independently. This is one of many ways that improving strength and conditioning help pave the way to a better quality of life.
