KNEE PAIN

The knee serves as the connection between the foot/ankle which is like your steering wheel and the hip which is like your motor. Not only does it help transfers force from the hip down and ground up, the knee also helps to decrease the wear and tear areas above the hip. As we lose the ability to squat effectively, we begin speeding up the processes that can lead to knee pain. Our Motion Specialist team consists of Nationally Certified Physical Therapists, fitness professionals and instructors. We evaluate your knee pain and design effective client specific plans to treat.

Common diagnoses include: Femur Fracture, Knee Pain, Lateral Collateral Ligament Sprain, Medial Apophysitis, Medial Collateral Ligament (MCL) Injury, Medial Tibial Stress Syndrome, Meniscal Tear, Medial Patellofemoral Ligament Injury, Osteoarthritis of the Knee, Osgood-Schlatter Disease, Patellar Instability, Patellofemoral Pain, Pes Anserine Bursitis, Plica Syndrome, Posterior Cruciate Ligament (PCL) Injury.
