If you are looking for a large-group exercise class, then our yoga intervention strategies might not be right for you. Experience small-group classes, capped at no more than four participants, and receive individualized and corrective care from a professional.

We limit our small-group yoga classes to four participants. We also offer private sessions if you would like an instructor’s undivided attention.
