Martha has completed the EW Motion Therapy Yoga and Pilates training programs and continues to advance her knowledge in both through continuing education. A native of Montgomery, she has called Birmingham home since 2014. Stacey Cole is passionate about encouraging clients to maintain an active and healthy lifestyle. “Stacey is an incredible asset for our clients and clinic,” says Becca Lee, Clinical Director of EW Motion Therapy Trussville. “She makes every effort to stay current on treatment and fitness trends and available community resources to empower our patients to reach their full potential.” Stacey is responsible for patient care, instructing wellness/fitness classes, individual and group yoga, and individualized and group personal training sessions. Her areas of interest include nutrition, all areas of rehabilitation, and strength and conditioning. Stacey is a NSCA-Certified Personal Trainer, a Certified Mobility Coach, and a Certified TRX Functional Training Coach. Stacey stays active and healthy through teaching yoga, running, and cross training. A native of Trussville, she continues to live there and has a lifelong love for its people and all it has to offer! Chris’s passion is helping people achieve healthier lifestyles by getting them moving and feeling better. “Chris takes exceptional care of his clients,” says Becca Lee, Clinical Director of EW Motion Therapy Trussville. “He really understands the value of teamwork when working with patients. Chris is attentive, caring, and works extremely hard to help clients achieve their motion goals.” Chris is responsible for patient treatments. Currently, he is in the process of completing a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree with a graduation date of 2020. His areas of interest include sports injuries and rehabilitation, ankle pain, foot pain, and pre- and postoperative orthopedic care. Chris enjoys hiking, biking, and walking his dog to stay active. Chris is a native of Trussville and continues to live there.
