Cara is passionate about helping her clients move better with clinical expertise and a joyful attitude. Scott Sall, director of EW Motion Therapy Hoover, said, “Cara brings a great energy to the clinic. Her infectious energy really motivates patients. Clinical interests include manual therapy, pelvic health, and treating athletes of Olympic Weightlifting, Crossfit, and adaptive sports. Cara grew up in Pittsburgh, PA, and moved to Birmingham with her husband John Mark in 2019. They are expecting their first son in September 2022. In her free time, Cara enjoys cooking, weightlifting, watching USFL games, and enjoying time outdoors in the Alabama sunshine.
