About the Virtual Wellness Studio
As the COVID-19 crisis continues to increase anxiety and isolation, our mission to promote health and vitality by empowering motion is now, perhaps, more important than ever.We guarantee that moving better means feeling and living better!
The EW Virtual Wellness Studio brings our physical therapists, motion specialists, and programs directly to you. Each program is designed to keep you exercising and/or rehabilitating from the safety of your home.

Private // Small Group Sessions
One on one or small group sessions scheduled with an instructor. Every client, regardless of experience, will benefit from the addition of private and small group sessions to their practice.

EW Move Better // Feel Better // Live Better Virtual Classes
From chair Yoga to Kettlebells, to flexibility and recovery, to the latest concepts in strength training, plus all of our featured programs, EW virtual classes are a great way to keep moving and add variety… Multiple, hour-long classes are offered daily.
Classes are $10 each or $50/week for unlimited access.
