It is important to debunk some common myths and misconceptions about personal training and fitness so you can start your fitness journey and make an actual lifestyle change. Myth #1: You need to work out for hours every day to see results

Many believe they must spend hours at the gym daily to see results, but this is false. The key to achieving your fitness goals is consistency and intensity, not duration. A 30-minute workout that is high in intensity can be just as effective as a longer, less intense workout. It's essential to find a workout routine that works for you and your schedule and gradually increase the intensity and duration of your workouts over time.
