Ben’s mission is to help his clients meet their movement and fitness goals and to assist with their rehabilitation when injuries occur. From athletes to geriatric clients, Ben recognizes the importance of creating and maintaining healthy movement pathways to promote health and vitality.
At EW Motion Therapy, his responsibilities include evaluating, treating, and promoting healthy movement patterns in both the well and injured client. Becca Lee, Clinical Director of EW Motion Therapy Trussville states, “Ben is exceptional at creating a unique relationship with every client. He brings an extensive background and knowledge base from his time as a collegiate athlete, his training at Samford University, and his passion for clinical education."
Ben’s areas of interest include the young and advanced athlete, sports performance, strength and conditioning, balance training, and throwing sports. Having played collegiate baseball at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, he has developed an expertise in designing healthy throwing programs and developing programs for return to throwing with the injured athlete.
Ben maintains a healthy lifestyle through hiking, lifting weights, and running.
A native of Decatur, he has called the Birmingham area his home since 2009.
