Ally’s passion is helping her clients move better by integrating physical therapy and wellness. “Ally has been extremely successful by blending her knowledge of movement and injury prevention as a physical therapist,” says Jon Delk, COO and partner of EW Motion Therapy. “She has helped her clients achieve better health and vitality by developing a lifelong wellness practice.”
As one of EW’s Pilates instructors, Ally teaches private, small group, and community classes. She also participates in weekly professional development and is pursuing advanced education geared towards the pre–and postpartum client. Additionally, Ally has completed CoreAlign and Pilates mat certifications, which she regularly practices.
Ally enjoys working with children, teens, clients with dementia, autism, or PTSD; athletes, hip rehabilitation, and pre and post-partum clients. Ally is a native of Pelham and has lived in Homewood since 2017 with her husband, son, and two dogs.
