Caroline’s passion is fostering pain-free motion in her clients by promoting and maintaining good alignment and posture. She incorporates a foundation in physical therapy, Pilates, and yoga to help her clients move better, feel better, and live better. In addition to bringing a comprehensive evaluation and treatment approach to physical therapy, Caroline is actively involved in our Balance program, which is designed to reduce fall risk and increase independence. “Caroline is remarkable at connecting with her clients,” says Ethan White, CEO and founding partner of EW Motion Therapy. “She is patient, caring, and encouraging. Additionally, she has developed an excellent approach by integrating the principles of physical therapy, Pilates, and yoga to improve client outcomes.” Caroline’s areas of interest include scoliosis evaluation and treatment, balance training and fall prevention, hip and knee injuries, identifying and correcting postural imbalances, and promoting healthy lifestyles. Caroline has completed the EW Motion Therapy Pilates and Yoga training programs and is pursuing advanced training in both disciplines. Caroline believes that maintaining a healthy lifestyle is about keeping a balance between activities and interests. She enjoys walking her dog, hiking, cooking, and trying new restaurants and maintains a personal Pilates and yoga practice. A native of Columbus, Mississippi, Caroline has lived in Birmingham since 2017.
